Here are some events for 2007 in the North West that members may want to take part in:

North West Air Ambulance Cycle Challenge (Sunday 13th May, Tatton Park) - This event will take place at Tatton Park in Cheshire and will feature a choice of two routes, appealing to all cycling enthusiasts. Those looking for a leisurely ride can sign up for the five mile route, which will take them on a scenic tour of Tatton Park. For those looking for more of a challenge then you can register for the 40 mile route from Knutsford in to the surrounding suburbs of Cheshire. Sefton Cycle Ride - 44km/ 28 mile Sefton cycle tour which starts and finishes at Maghull Town Hall. The ride takes you through the Sefton Countryside with a refreshment stop at Ainsdale/Southport Beach. Cyclists of all abilities and ages are welcome. This event is taking place on Sunday, 17th June. Liverpool to Chester Bike Ride - The largest cycle ride in Merseyside and Cheshire with a record entry of 2,200 riders last year. It starts and finishes by St George's Hall, Liverpool. The 84km route includes exclusive use of Mersey Tunnels, the beautiful Wirral and north Cheshire villages and halfway stop at Countess of Chester Health Park. There are also the options of finishing in Chester (48km) and a Wirral circular loop (41km). This event is taking place this year on Sunday 15th July. Entry fee applies.
